Purchase and Sale Terms and Conditions for the Lipspeed website, headquartered at Rua Aurora Germano de Lemos, nº 175, Jundiaí, hereinafter simply called Lipspeed, and, on the other hand, the Lipspeed user, qualified at the time of purchasing Lipspeed products, hereinafter referred to simply as Customer. The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of the products and services of the Customer from the Lipspeed website. 

1.    Confidentiality 
1.1.    It is the responsibility of the Lipspeed website to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process, respecting the provisions of the General Data Protection Law. The data collected will be only those necessary to meet the Customer's request and only a person authorized by the website has access to this data, which is kept in a location without the possibility of access by third parties. The security of the website is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the hiring of the seal "Site Blindado", specialized in this type of service. 1.1. Payment details are entered directly on the partner site - Paypal.com and / or Paypal.com.br; therefore, it is Paypal's responsibility to guarantee confidentiality and use according to the purpose defined at the time of purchase (values, quantities, etc.), exempting Lipspeed from any responsibility for this transaction.
1.2.    The Customer accepts these conditions by confirming the data at the time of purchase. 

2.    Customer Service
To meet any requests or complaints regarding your order or any content available on the website, the Customer must email to contact@Lipspeed.com. The answer will be given between 24 and 72 hours after reading the email. 

3.    Delivery policy
The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in working days and will normally be held from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and may, exceptionally, occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. 
3.1.    As usual practice, purchases made between Monday and Thursday, will be dispatched on Fridays, however, you may suffer delays due to force majeure, such as the pandemic or the limitation of the opening of the post office.
3.2.    The delivery policy is determined by the post office and not by the Lipspeed website; thus, any divergence in delivery must be informed to the Post Office, which can be informed to the Lipspeed website, which can support the Client in this process, but whose responsibility is to deliver the contracted product to the post office and inform the Client the tracking number.
3.3.     Attempts will be made to deliver to the informed location, on alternate days, according to the current rule of the Post Office. If unsuccessful delivery attempts are made, the order will be returned to the Lipspeed Distribution Center.
3.4.    After finalizing the order, it is not possible to change the form of payment and / or delivery address, request an advance or, even, delivery priority.
3.5.    The delivery time informed during the product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuance process and the product preparation time. With each update in the order's delivery status, the Lipspeed system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
3.6.    The delivery freight charge is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product
3.7.    Lipspeed does not authorize the carrier to enter the home; deliver by alternative means (example: hoisting product by window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than that stated in DANFE; delivery to a minor or without identification document
3.8.    Lipspeed is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is due exclusively to the customer's pending items, therefore, it is necessary for them to appear at the tax post for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases the information regarding releases and payments are only passed on to interested parties.

3.9    The delivery or shipping costs includes book collection, postage and delivery services, performed by third parties hired to do so.

4.    Right of repentance Client 
4.1.    The period of withdrawal from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt informed by the post office; in case of return, the product must be returned to Lipspeed in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all its accessories and the Customer must request the return via the e-mail informed in the site.
4.2.    After the product arrives at its premises, Lipspeed will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund for the total purchase price. However, if there is damage to the product or the absence of part of it or DANFE, the purchase values will not be returned, and the product will be returned to the Customer; 
4.3.    In purchases with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified, and the refund will occur according to the administrator's policy, there being nothing that Lipspeed can interfere in this item, except requesting a refund of the full value of the Product in one single time, being the credit referring to the chargeback granted by the card administrator according to its policy.
4.4.    In purchases paid with Pix, bank slip or account debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days from the date of arrival of the product at your premises, only in the buyer's checking account, which must be individual and must inform all data for the due refund in the account of the holder who made the purchase (full name, CPF, bank, agency).
